Terms & Conditions

This agreement outlines your obligations as a member of MoneyBackCo and explains MoneyBackCo's obligations to you. When you sign up as a MoneyBackCo member you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Moneyback
When you complete a transaction through the MoneyBackCo links you are eligible for the moneyback amount specified on the relevant article. Although we do our best to make sure that the depicted moneyback amounts are accurate MoneyBackCo can not guarantee that they will be accurate at the time of your transaction. Moneyback will only be tracked when a member is logged into their account and follows the merchant link from the MoneyBackCo site.

All transactions are with the individual merchants and not with MoneyBackCo. MoneyBackCo has no responsibility or obligation for the merchant transaction.

All transactions are electronically traced through a third-party network and reported back to MoneyBackCo by the merchant and network. MoneyBackCo will make every effort to make sure the network and merchant report accurate transactions, however MoneyBackCo will not be held responsible for errors in transaction tracking or any form of failed tracking. If there is an error in tracking your transaction, MoneyBackCo will attempt to recover your moneyback directly from the relevant network/merchant but the network/merchant's decision is final.

If a transaction is reversed by the merchant or network MoneyBackCo will not pay out the relevant moneyback.

2. Payment Reporting and Schedule
Transactions will appear in your transactions report when the merchant confirms the transaction with MoneyBackCo. Transactions will be validated when the merchant confirms their validation requirements have been met. If the merchant does not provide validation requirements, transactions will attain validated status when the merchant pays MoneyBackCo for the transaction.

MoneyBackCo makes no guarantees to payment until payment has been received from the merchant or network.

Moneyback payments will be made monthly. Payments will be made with the minimum amount as per your account preferences. The $10 member fee will be deducted annually from your earnings based on your joining date, provided you earn enough to cover it.

3. Member Account Validity and Termination
MoneyBackCo only allows one account per person and it must be used only by that person. If we find that a user is letting their account be used by multiple people or if we find a user is manipulating multiple accounts we will not hesitate to terminate the accounts in question. You must be a resident of Australia to register for a MoneyBackCo account and receive moneyback. MoneyBackCo reserves the right to terminate any member account at any time. MoneyBackCo also reserves the right to refuse membership.

3.1 Fraudulent Transactions
If an account is found to contain transactions gained as a result of fraudulent activity the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member. Fraudulent activity will be defined by the relevant network/merchant. In the event of a network/merchant claiming fraudulent activity MoneyBackCo will communicate an appeal on your behalf, however the network/merchant's decision is final.

3.2 Spam
If an account is found to contain transactions gained as a result of spamming, the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member. Spamming is defined as publishing MoneyBackCo links with an account ID outside of the MoneyBackCo website (http://www.MoneyBackCo.com).

3.3 Dormant Accounts
If an account is found to be dormant (no log in for a period of 12 month) the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member.

3.4 Invalid Membership
If an account is found to be registered under a member who already has another account the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member. If an account is found to be registered by a non-Australian resident the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member.

3.4 Activities affecting MoneyBackCo's reputation
MoneyBackCo reserves the right to terminate a members account without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member if a member is found to be operating their account in a manner which is deemed by MoneyBackCo as damaging to its reputation. This includes but is not limited to members who repeatedly sign-up for offers which do not require any purchase or financial outlay, these offers are provided by merchants for genuine customer leads and abuse of them will result in the merchant removing MoneyBackCo from their campaigns and may ultimately result in the network removing MoneyBackCo from its system. This would have a detrimental affect on the service that MoneyBackCo can offer to all its members and so will not be tolerated.

4. Modification of Terms and Conditions
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the MoneyBackCo website (http://www.MoneyBackCo.com).

5. Legal Stuff
This Agreement (Terms and Conditions) will be governed by the laws of Australia, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
