What is iReward?

iReward is a 100% Australian owned online social networking and loyalty website. iReward was founded in 2008 and the head office is located in Sydney. iReward's mission is to give all their members the best social networking and loyalty program experience. Why a partnership?

iReward's founder, Kevin Chen, contacted us about their plans to enter the 100% cashback market in Australia in order to offer a valuable service for their already large community of members and saw that MBC was already doing that and because of the loyalty of its membership had the best cashback rates available in Australia. "To us it was an obvious solution that we should partner with Moneybackco rather than compete with them", says Chen, "We saw the advantages that MBC could bring to our members and the advantages iReward could bring to MBC and so we viewed a partnership as a win-win scenario.

Moneybackco's founder Steve Ford recalls, "The first email from Kevin was totally unexpected, but after speaking with Kevin at length we could both see that our vision for our respective sites was very similar". "After many more calls, emails and visits we decided on the terms of the partnership and the advantages we could bring the joined communities as a whole" says Ford.

How does it benefit Moneybackco members?

With the vastly increased community of a combined iReward - MBC membership we are confident that we'll be able to steadily increase our merchant cashback rates. As well as continuing to be able to earn cashback when you shop when you migrate your MBC account to iReward you'll also be able to take advantage of their great competitions and rewards. Don't worry though for the time being you don't need to do anything, you can continue to be a member of MBC only and you'll still be able to take advantage of the increased cashback rates that we're confident will come.

Eventually we'd like all MBC members to migrate over to iReward and in order to do that we've implemented a very simple migration process. You can choose to migrate your account at any time from your MBC Home Page (when you log in). Remember when you migrate over to iReward you'll no longer be charged an Annual Membership fee! That's right with iReward-MBC you can get the best cashback rates in Australia and there is no annual membership fee! Does it get any better than that?

Steve Ford will continue to run the Moneybackco website as well as also being resposible for the offers and promotions side of iReward.
