Following a couple of suggestions that the star rating shown on MBC for merchants didn't really mean anything we've now integrated MBC with a new website called CarrotReviews, where anyone can write a review and rate various aspects of the service you receive when buying from websites. We've integrated the CarrotReviews 'overall rating' into MBC. When you click to see the merchant specific offer details on MBC you will also see the CarrotReviews rating for that merchant. Possibly the best bit about CarrotReviews, and the reason for the name, is that you'll actually get paid to review websites that you've used. Its important when you review a website that you've actually used that sites service or products, CarrotReviews may ask you to provide a valid online order number or reference so that they can verify the validity of your review (this is not always necessary). Only review the website's products and services and dealings you've had directly with the site, not any interactions you've had with them through MBC or any other third party site as this may invalidate your review.
