Dell offers great product at very good price. Even better price if the 7% cash back works. However, my tracking did not work even after I deleted all the cookies. As stated by Steve on the Dell Merchant page, Dell will not accept enquiries for missing transactions.
Please take this into consideration when you make your purchase decision.

These transaction problems have now been fixed, it is possible that the transaction may still initially track with $0 value, this will be corrected when the transaction is approved.
All transactions that were tracking with less than 7% cashback have now been corrected too.

There are currently some ongoing issues with the transaction tracking for Dell.
You may find that initially your transaction tracks with $0 transaction value and $0 moneyback, this will be resolved when the transaction enters the approved state.
Currently some transaction are tracking and being approved with only 3 or 5% moneyback, if this is the case for your Dell transaction onces it has been approved then please complete an Enquiry form from your transaction page and clearly state that the moneyback is incorrect and we'll ensure that your transaction is fixed up as soon as possible.
