It is with great regret that we have to inform MBCer's that after literally years of chasing Dell on missing enquiries that finally the network that handles Dell has informed us that if a sale doesn't track through their system that Dell has no way to identify the channel through which the sale was made, the upshot being that we can no longer accept enquiries made against Dell for missing transactions.
Recently we agreed with the network to clear down some long standing enquiries and we also decided to pay out long standing Dell pending transactions ourselves, which is why some members may be seeing Dell enquiries and long standing transactions finally get resolved or approved.
We hope we may be able to reach some agreement with the network for current Dell enquiries, negotiations are ongoing.
